Wazuka tea goes into three parts of this tray: the "Cha-no-Tsuki" egg (from hens raised on Wazuka tea), the tea soba and the matcha salt. The oboro tofu was ranked No.1 in Kyoto Prefecture at the National Tofu Competition.
